Jon graduated from the University of Brighton with a BSc in Sport and Exercise Science in 1999, and then went on to study at St Georges Hospital Medical School where he graduated in 2003 with a BSc in Physiotherapy. He then spent 5 years working in the NHS and subsequently private practice. He has also worked for a number of sports teams from amateur to international level from rugby and football, to lacrosse and athletics.

Dave graduated from Birmingham University with a degree in Sports and Exercise Science, then moving on to undertaking an MSc in Physiotherapy in 2002 at Queens Margarets University College in Edinburgh. He has worked in both the NHS and private sector, and has helped with the English Lacrosse team and the Scottish FA, amongst other sports teams and groups.

Matt
graduated from the University of Portsmouth with a BSc in Sport and Exercise
Science, and then went on to study at St George’s Hospital Medical School where
he graduated with a BSc in Physiotherapy. Having spent years working in the NHS
specialising in musculoskeletal and orthopaedic rehabilitation. With a passion
for sport and particularly football, he became Lead Academy Physiotherapist at
League One AFC Wimbledon during the 2016/17 season.
Matt
has a wide interest in football and as a student was a vice captain of his
University Football team. In his spare time Matt enjoys sports such as indoor
rock climbing, cycling and running.

Sarah graduated from the University of Cape Town in 2004, and has
subsequently worked in private practices in South Africa and the UK. She
completed her MSc in Sports & Performance Physiotherapy at Kings College
London in 2010 and has subsequently worked with ballet dancers at the 3 top
ballet schools in the UK as well as individual dancers at various independent
companies including Michael Clark Company and Vienna Festival Ballet. Through
her work with elite dancers Sarah has developed an interest in foot and ankle
conditions and hypermobility. She believes in an integrated approach to
physiotherapy treatment and is passionate about helping people to achieve
their full potential, no matter what their activity levels are. Sarah has a
keen interest in rehabilitation and is a qualified matwork and equipment
Pilates instructor. She also believes in the power of education and has
previously taught anatomy to dancers as well as led courses to train
Physiotherapists how to teach Pilates.

Claire is a
Specialist Pelvic Health Physiotherapist and Chartered Musculoskeletal
Physiotherapist. Despite treating every problem in the body from head to
toe, Claire has specialised in Pelvic Health problems in
women with problems following pregnancy, birth and menopause and in Men
following surgery or long term pelvic floor changes in their
bladder, bowel or their pelvis. Claire works in a very holistic
way, making sure she treats the root cause of the pain her patients are
experiencing. Claire is passionate about Pelvic health
conditions and puts her knowledge as a
Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist into practice with each of these
patients as often their back and hips can cause them problems alongside the
pelvic floor. She believes all women can maintain good health
ante-natally, return to good health post birth and stay continent in menopause.
Men also should be able to stay healthy before and after surgery or
episodes of constipation, not allowing these issues to continue which affect
their every day lives. Claire works closely with many Consultants
including Mr Kulkarni, Mr Elias, Mr Bearn, Mr Trivedi and Mr Nisar. And works
closely with local dieticians and nutritionalists to treat every patient
holistically.
Claire is also a Mummy MOT
practitioner, she applies her knowledge as a Physiotherapist, Yoga and Pilates
Instructor to her patients that are experiencing anything from rectus diastasis
(split tummy muscles), prolapse, incontinence (bladder and bowel), overactive
bladders, perineal tears and scar tightness (c-section or vaginal births).
Claire is also trained in treating more specialist problems such as sexual
dysfunction, vulvodynia/vaginismus, painful sex and bowel dysfunctions which
she treats through education and advice, manual therapy, myofascial release
techniques, acupuncture and stretches. However, if you are not having any
problems, Claire can help you reach those exercise goals and get your body
strong and supple again.
With an in-depth Mummy MOT assessment (1
hour long), Claire provides you with a postnatal detailed physiotherapy
assessment of the abdominal and pelvic area checking your posture, breathing,
tummy gap and pelvic floor strength post pregnancy or if your pregnancy was
years ago, she can still help reach your exercise and body goals. Claire
will give you a detailed treatment plan which is individual to the client. The
rehabilitation programs aim to restore optimal strategies for when you are at
home lifting baby, car seats and buggies or enjoying any exercise classes or
home workouts. She uses a variety of treatment techniques including joint and
soft tissue mobilisation, acupuncture, thoracic ring and the integrated
systems model approach (for more info: Diane
Lee and the Integrated Systems Model) and myofascial releases.
From the
assessment Claire will advise mums on how to best exercise safely and then help
you achieve these goals in my Yoga classes in Weybridge. Claire is
motivated to get you back to full function using her experience in
Physiotherapy, Yoga and Pilates to achieve your goals and maintain a
healthy body and mind. This will help you to enjoy and get the most out of
every workout and exercise class you love to practice
She currently is a Band 7 Clinical Specialist in Pelvic Health
Physiotherapy Team at St Peter’s Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. She
is an associate member of the Association of Pelvic Obstetric and
Gynaecological Physiotherapist (POGP), a member of the Chartered Society of
Physiotherapists (CSP), is registered with the Health & Care Professionals
Council (HCPC) and a Yoga Alliance Member

Vaida graduated in 2006 with a BSc in Physiotherapy, having previously gained a degree in Public Health Science. She has over 5 years' experience within the NHS musculoskeletal area, where she has developed excellent diagnostic skills and knowledge.

Susie graduated from Brunel University with a BSc in Sports Science and Leisure Management in 1999. She then went on to work in a Sports Performance and Rehabilitation clinic, during which she studied part-time at St Mary's College, later graduating in 2008 with a Postgraduate Diploma in Sports Rehabilitation. She has worked with a number of sports professionals including England rugby players, professional footballers and international athletes.
Susie is qualified in medical acupuncture to compliment her massage therapy to help relive muscle tension.
Susie is a keen athlete herself, competing internationally at only 16 when she became the Under 18 World Champion at 200m. She continued this international success in the 100m and 200m at both junior and senior level, representing Great Britain at numerous European and World Championships. Most recently Susie became European Champion Masters 2018 champion in the 40-44 age category over 200m and 400m in Madrid.
Susie is one of identical triplets who are also successful athletes.

Fiona studied Clinical Sport and Remedial Massage Therapy at the Oxford School of Sports Massage, receiving her Level 5 diploma, the highest available qualification in the UK, in July 2016. She is a full member of the Institute of Sports and Remedial Massage, the Sports Massage Association and the Sports Therapy Association. With a Masters degree in Engineering from the University of Cambridge, she takes a keen interest in biomechanics and the role of soft tissue health in optimum movement for general health and in sport.

She looks after a team of admin support staff who make it their business to keep things shipshape. A keen runner, she has several marathons under her belt and enjoys pounding the roads as a good form of exercise and stress relief! If you have any questions, Heather normally has the answers.
